They make all major decisions involving the department, act on exemption and abatement applications, and establish all office policy. Tax Rate Information FY2022 Tax Rate = $19.99   Assessor's Notice To all residents who apply for personal exemptions (such as Veterans, Seniors, and Blind) Exemption applications will be mailed out after July 1st to existing applicants for the new fiscal Year.
