Board of Assessors |
The Board of Assessors has the responsibility to
see that the department maintains assessment levels which are allowable
by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and that a timely tax rate
is set each fiscal year. They make all major decisions involving the
department, act on exemption and abatement applications, and establish all office policy. |

Exemption applications will be mailed out

July 1st
to existing applicants for the new fiscal Year.
