How to apply for a marriage intention?

The ceremony must be
performed in a city or town within Massachusetts.
|

Both parties will
need to come into the Town Clerk’s office, 488 Chapin
Street, to complete the "Notice of Intention of
Marriage." |

Please have a
government issued ID available. |
|
The cost is $15.00 (cash or check). |
